Cook's Pantry Charcuterie Platter

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 log of artisan salami - sliced
  • Sliced prosciutto or soppressata
  • 1 jar Cook's Pantry Fig Fruit Spread
  • 1 jar Cook's Pantry artichoke hearts - cut in small wedges
  • 2-3 wedges of artisan cheeses of choice - blue cheese, triple cream brie, aged cheddar or gouda
  • 1 cup marcona almonds or other nuts - walnuts, almonds or pecans
  • 1 artisan french baguette - sliced thinly and toasted or used fresh
  • 1 cup olives of choice
  • Fresh fruit - apple/pear slices or grapes

DIRECTIONS

  1. On a wood serving board or platter arrange ingredients.
