Harissa Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons Cook's Pantry Harissa
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon garlic - crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For Garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 scallion - finely chopped or shredded

Yogurt Sauce

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint - chiffonade
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine harissa, honey, lime juice, zest, garlic, salt and oil and mix well to combine.
  3. Add chicken wings and toss well to coat.
  4. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes or longer. On a parchment lined baking sheet place chicken wings and bake for 20-25 minutes until well caramelized on edges.
  5. Place on desired serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and scallion. Serve with yogurt sauce.
