Turkey Tortilla Wrap with Artichoke Spread and Swiss

Turkey Tortilla Wrap with Artichoke Spread and Swiss

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large 10-12 inch Tortillas - whole wheat flour or spinach
  • 1 jar of Cook's Pantry artichoke spread
  • 8 slices of roasted turkey
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 2 cups sunflower sprouts

DIRECTIONS

  1. To soften tortilla a bit - place over open gas flame and flip several times for 10-15 seconds. Let cool. Layer tortilla first with artichoke spread all over, then add turkey slices, swiss cheese, shredded carrot, cucumber and lastly the spouts.
  2. Roll tortillas tightly into a wrap, slice on the diagonal and place toothpick in center to hold together if necessary.
