Green Enchilada Queso Dip

Green Enchilada Queso Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 large block of pepper jack cheese
  • ½ jar of Cook’s Pantry Green Enchilada Sauce
  • 2-3 avocados
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • Tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Turn your crockpot on high.
  2. Cube the pepperjack cheese into small pieces.
  3. Add both cheeses and enchilada sauce to crockpot.
  4. Cook the dip for 4 hours or until melty and creamy, checking and stirring occasionally.
  5. When you’re ready to serve, cut up fresh avocado and add cilantro.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
