Prosciutto and Fig Flatbread with Arugula

Prosciutto and Fig Flatbread with Arugula

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 10-12 inch thin flatbread/pizza crust
  • 1 cup Cook's Pantry Fig Fruit Spread
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 garlic cloves - crushed
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slice prosciutto - torn
  • 1-2 cups fresh arugula

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven or grill to 500 degrees with pizza stone.
  2. Prepare crust. Gently brush olive oil on crust.
  3. Next spread the fig jam around crust. Add the crushed garlic. Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and finally add the torn prosciutto evenly.
  4. Bake in oven/grill for 5-7 minutes to desired doneness.
  5. Scatter arugula on flatbread and serve.
